Opening Winter 2021
The Award winning roaster will scale up its Seattle bakery operations, hosting events and an expanded menu including house-made lunch options, pastries and desserts. The new bakery will feature all of the main disciplines of baking including breads, laminated doughs, cakes, savory items and many one-off surprises.
Anchorhead will also open its first ever training facility where their café and restaurant partners can visit for personalized training and coffee focused educational events. The training center will also be availabe for group classes including home brewing courses and latte art training with some of Seattle's most talented Baristas.
The initiative for training new baristas will also extend to underprivileged members of the community in the way of grants to access the type of job training necessary to work in a busy café.
The two-story location will be a place where fans of the brand can sip on a coffee, watch the bakery team in action, or take a latte art class. This project is set to open in the Winter of 2021.
