Gedeb is located in the southeastern corner of the Gedeo zone, where coffee from this region is referred to as Yirgacheffe. However, Gedeb sits closer to the Guji zone compared to the rest of the Yirgacheffe region, and this coffee perfectly highlights the robust, clean flavors that are unique to this microclimate.
