The Dulce Meloso lot is produced exclusively by a select group of trusted growers who use the additional premiums in supporting their agricultural practices and family units. Additionally, these grower owned farms are a small part of what makes up the Catracha Coffee Company which works as a resource to all small scale farmers in the municipality of Santa Elena. This coffee has become a fast favorite around our roastery and cafe. We're getting amazing notes of orange, vanilla and some dense sticky sweetness like a cinnamon roll. This coffee is unreal.
