Guatemala La Providencia Palhu
Finca La Providencia's Palhu is possibly one of the best Guatemala beans that has come into Anchorhead's possession. The coffee is bright and exceptionally clean featuring notes of raspberry, nougat, and tootsie roll lollipop. It's one of those how does coffee taste this good type of coffees.
Finca La Providencia is located in the western region of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. This mile high coffee grown by Maximiliano Palacios is something special and we hope to get our hands on it next season if we can. Max named this coffee Palhu which is a combination of the family name and Huehuetenango where it is grown.
