The one everyone agrees on. Narwhal is our medium roast crowd-pleaser — a two-origin blend built on the natural tension between Guatemalan brightness and Sumatran depth. We source micro lots grown between 1,000 and 2,200 meters, rotating components seasonally to keep the cup profile dialed.

The result is sweet, balanced, and layered: milk chocolate and ripe cherry up front, a silky nougat body, and a finish that carries earthy warmth from the wet-hulled Sumatra. It's the kind of coffee that works for a morning pour-over and a weekend cold brew batch — no adjustments needed.
