Bali Kintamani-Natural
Grown in the volcanic soils of Mount Agung in the central highlands of Bali, this coffee comes from family farms organized through the Subak Abian, a traditional farming cooperative structure rooted in over 1,000 years of sustainable, community-driven agriculture. The natural process here was actually born out of necessity: water scarcity in the region prompted a shift to drying whole ripe cherries on raised beds, and the results speak for themselves. Juicy raspberry and ripe mango lead the way, with a warm cinnamon spice that adds just the right amount of depth to the finish.
